云南俊成矿业权评估有限公司原为云南中和矿业权评估有限公司。
公司于2006年5月18日由昆明市工商行政管理局批准成立，工商注册号为530112100013837。2013年3月年经国土资源部批准，取得探矿权采矿权评估资格（证书编号：矿权评资[2012]001），成为一家专职的矿业权评估机构。

云南俊成矿业权评估有限公司下设矿业权评估部、企业管理咨询部、质量控制部、技术支持部、办公室、财务部等六个部门，目前具有25名从业人员，其中注册矿业权评估师7人，博士1人，研究生4人，高级工程师7人，工程师1人，高级会计师1人，会计师2人。主要专业背景为地质专业人员5人、采矿专业人员4人、选矿专业人员4人、经济专业人员7人、法律专业人员1人，其他人员4人。公司全部股东和职员具有多年从事矿权评估、矿山开发咨询业务的经历。公司董事长何文俊、副总经理陈勇作为云南省国有资产监督管理**重大资产评估项目*评审组矿业权*，主持了数百个矿业权评估报告的评审；同时公司董事长何文俊、副总经理陈勇、副总经理杨向春还兼任云南大学资产评估研究生专业导师，公司核心人员自公司成立至今已完成了数百项矿业权评估项目。 
公司具有雄厚的实力、先进的办公设备、高效工作能力的团队，多年来积累了大量的探矿权、采矿权评估的实务经验。公司7个矿业权评估师承担了探矿权、采矿权评估及评估咨询项目数百项，矿种涉及金、银、铜、铅、锌、铁、锰、锡、、钛、钨、钼、铂钯等金属矿产；煤炭、磷、石灰石、石膏、硅灰石、硅石、黄龙玉、黄蜡石、稀土、矿泉水等非金属矿产；以及普通建筑用砂、石、粘土等，其中涉及国有资产项目的均已取得了国有资产监督管理**的确认和备案，涉及上市公司项目的均已取得证监会的确认和备案，与客户建立了良好的合作关系。

Yunnan Juncheng Mining Right Appraisal Co., Ltd is the former Yunnan Zhonghe Mining Right Appraisal Co., Ltd. 
The Company was established and approved by the Kunming City Industry and Business Administration Bureau on May 18, 2006, the registration number is 530112100013837. In March 2013, the company was approved to conduct appraisal to mining rights and mining exploration rights (certificate number: K.Q.P.Z [2012] 001) by the Ministry of Land and Resources, as a professional mining right appraisal agency. 
Yunnan Juncheng Mining Right Appraisal Co., Ltd was constituted by the department of mining right evaluation, enterprise management consulting, quality control, technical support, finance and administrative office, currently has 25 employees, including 7 registered mining right appraisers, 1 PH.D graduate and 4 maters’ degree holders, 7 senior engineers, 1 senior accountant and 2 accountants, including 5 geological profession background personnel, 4 mining exploration profession background personnel, 4 mineral processing profession background personnel, 7 economic profession background personnel, 1 legal profession background personnel and other 4 staffs. All the shareholders and employees of the company have many years experiences engaged in mining right evaluation, mining consulting. The Chairman of the board of company, He Wenjun, and the deputy general manager, Chen Yong, has been elected as the member of the expert assessment group of major asset assessment project under the state-owned assets supervision and administration commission of Yunnan provincial people's government, and engaged in hundreds of mining rights appraisals; Meanwhile, He Wenjun, Chen Yong and the deputy general manager, Yang Xiangchun is also the mentor for assets appraisal profession students of Yunnan University. The company has been serviced for hundreds of mining right appraisal projects since its establishment. 
The company has solid strength, advanced office equipments, high efficient team, and rich experiences in exploration right or mining right appraisals over the years. 7 mineral right appraisers of the company has engaged in hundreds of mining rights or mining exploration rights appraisals as well as mineral projects consulting in gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, iron, manganese, tin, antimony, titanium, tungsten, molybdenum, platinum and palladium, etc.; and non-metallic minerals as coal, phosphorus, silica, limestone, gypsum, wollastonite, yellow dragon jade, yellow stone, rare earth, mineral water, etc.; as well as ordinary building used sand, stone, clay, etc. Involved state-owned assets projects have identified and recorded by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, listed companies involved in projects have been confirmed and recorded by CSRC.
